Frightened and tired, a mother and daughter find respite in an abandoned house after escaping a zombie attack. As the mother realizes that they can no longer continue to run, she is faced with a difficult choice.
This is a beautifully shot film from the UK, utilizing minimal, but very effective practical effects. The acting was strong and convincing, and though the audience had only 9 minutes to engage, we were drawn in, understood the relationship between mother and daughter and what they had escaped, and able to empathize with the impossible choice the mother was forced to make.
If you have the opportunity to view this short, you will find it intense and enjoyable.
