When a cavern is discovered by construction workers in Athens, Greece, something is set free. Now the citizens have started turning into zombies and the survivors must band together and try to survive.
Filled with enough blood and guts to satisfy the “gore hounds,” practical effects and fight sequences that are inventive and fun this indie zombie flick from Greece really entertains. Tense and serious where appropriate, there’s plenty of blatant sarcasm and physical humor and a couple of jump scares, but it’s well balanced. This is a solid film with interesting, relatable characters and good music.
I gave this 4 rum & cokes because it was a bloody good time.
