A family traveling through the desert encounters a hostile group of mutated cannibals.
This is the remake of Wes Craven’s classic. I’m not sure I was in the right frame of mind to watch this because all the stupid people in it just pissed me off. The only decent characters were the infant and Ruby.
Unfortunately the talent that Ted Levine and Billy Drago bring to the film doesn’t save it. This is the sort of movie you watch when you *want* to see everyone suffer. Maybe I’ll give it another chance at some point.
