The one Troma film that pretty much everybody has seen and loves. Melvin the mop-boy, after being tricked and harassed by the Tromaville town bullies, falls into a barrel of toxic waste which chemically alters his body and mind causing him an uncontrollable urge to fight and destroy criminals.
Preposterous, silly, low budget, low humor brilliance. Toxie is, and deserves to be, the poster boy for all things Troma.
