Harlan Knowles is a billionaire and president of Bio-Comp industries.\u00a0 His daughter was in a plane crash in the Pacific Northwest while on an expedition for the company.\u00a0 Knowles hires a guide and a group of experts to go on a rescue mission for his daughter as well as a prototype machine she had with her.\u00a0 When they find the airplane, they discover that his daughter’s group may have encountered bigfoot.\u00a0 Alleged to be based on actual events, this was actually an interesting story with Lance Hendrickson’s talent lending credibility.\u00a0 It would have been a lot better had the filmmakers not over used camera effects.\u00a0 The blurred, wavery shots were just distracting and annoying.\u00a0 The effects used as the point of view for the creature were pointless.\u00a0\u00a0 The shots would have been more frightening had they been regular shots with a little tension building music.<\/p>\n

I gave this 2 1\/2 mixed drinks, so much potential destroyed by bad effects.
