An Australian outback watering and fishing pond is found to have toxic water. \u00a0Todd, from the Department of Environment and Pollution, goes out to test the water and replace the warning sign, which keeps disappearing. \u00a0On his way back, he has to stop for some kangaroos in the road. \u00a0While waiting for them to pass, he discovers something far worse.<\/p>\n

The short film itself is a well written, entertaining taste of an eco-disaster type story. \u00a0When the water at a local fishing spot, that runs into the town’s water supply, gets tainted it has an affect on the whole environment. \u00a0 The dialogue and tension between the 2 actors is great and flows naturally. \u00a0A lot of information is given in a concise, unforced way. \u00a0It is beautifully shot, with understated violence and great make up. \u00a0And the Zombieroo puppet is absolutely outstanding. \u00a0Taking the time, effort, and expense to create this puppet payed off remarkably well. \u00a0By making a concept that could have been done more cheaply and cheesily with CGI, these filmmakers instead created something truly stunning and creepy.<\/p>\n
